  And he has been sitting there all this while doing what? He is part of the problem. Why is he speaking out now and not before to bring attention to the problem? Institutions don't work in Ghana and that is shameful.

  They were so sure of victory that they didn't think of handing over. That's why they didn't prepare the hand over notes to the administrator general a month before the elections. God isn't like a man.
