It existed for that long because of corrupt officials. Correct officials from where - US Embassy in Ghana or US officials from US or Ghanaian officials. This is very confusing. I'll call on the Ghana Police to investigate this further - that such a scheme can operate to cheat Ghanaians for a decade charging as much as US$6,000.00 per an applicant.
This needs to be investigated.
