  Seal or No Seal,the wicked will come with the way to rig the election,and that is why the PNC man attempted to use a rag as his seal. The so called seals with different colors could be cut and replaced with the same color by the wicked. The EC must account for all who have been disenfranchised,and I bet majority would have voted for the NPP.
  The devil is of old,he is from the very begining.
