    Tsatsu wrote a two page letter to president Kufuor refusing to accept the pardon. He also described the fake pardon granted few hours to handing over as fake mercy. So prof once again you got it wrong

    Further, Tsatsu applied for bail pending his appeal at the High Court which was granted by the Court. So he pursued the appeal out of prison because of the bail granted him.

    tsatsu from my reading did not accept the pardon then.you want to free me so i go.the terms of the jail was wrong and the man has won.tsatsu is no more a convicted person.the state will compensate him,i believe.

    What I know is that Tsatsu was convicted for the crime he committed and incarcerated, got sick and Kuffour pardoned him. He is a CRIMINAL.

    He has been pursuing Tsatsu long before NPP came to power. When NPP came to power he was paid huge sums to produce so-called forensic reports. Those reports formed the basis for the harassment Tsatsu endured.

    Please Sir, Tsatsu never accepted the Pardon. He was admitted to bail by the High Court presided over by Justice Asante. So he has been on bail while pursuing his appeal.
