Yes becuz he did not need to buy their votes with infrastructure. The people of Kyebi are not as shallow. He, Nana did not have to loot state funds only to inflate prices of roads and borehole.

Building of roads etc are not achievements that the Mahama government should be proud of. It's part of governance
