After the NDC induced arbitrary disqualifications of presidential candidates was quashed by the Accra High Court, what Ayaria said was not different from what the majority of Ghanaians believes and said about the EC and its incompetent chair lady, Madam Charlotte Ama Alata.

And after twisting the neck of all the laws governing the selection of EC chairperson and its members in our constitution, Mr. Mahama corruptly and hurriedly imposed Madam Alata on Ghanaians just to steal their verdict for him again. Believe me; the EC has been caught on a number of occasions sleeping in bed with the NDC electoral thieves since 1992, when the so-called P/NDC revolutionaries cunningly changed their Khakis to civilian clothes to enable them perpetuate their dreadful, undemocratic rule.

Until the corrupt Charlotte Alata and her deputy, Mr. Amadu Sulley Zabarama, occupying the EC presently are dead and gone, or their corrupt ways changed completely, Ghanaians will continue to believe that the EC is there only to serve the interest of their NDC paymasters. Ghanaians are determined not to allow the NDC con-men steal their verdict again.

Rev Asante, your own statement that the "EC must redeem their image, and they must redeem their image" reveals your own mistruct against the EC, whether you may admit it or not.

Rev Asante, you are talking as if nobody else has any proof of EC's rigging tendency, but people should rather believe you have "imperical evidence" that, that institution has no hidden agenda. First, what's your proof that the EC will be fair, and second, what is your proof that (of cause, besides the NDC) public mistrust for the EC is farce ?

You see Rev Asante, you don't speak for everybody, when like yourself, every Ghanaian judges the EC Chairperson by her decisions or lack of it, which includes, but not limited to INSTRUCTIONS given her by the Supreme Court on electoral matters.

Rev Asante, you are entitled to your opinion, but if you try to imply that your own opinion overrides everbody else's and assume that others' opinions are baseless because in your view they lack "proof", you're wrong, because what have you proved yourself imperically speaking, in terms of your own assertion? Your rhetoric is simply an attempt to insult the intelligence of, otherwise discerning Ghanaians.

The EC is a PUBLIC SERVICE institution. In other words, it's there to serve public good, which means the public it serves has EVERY RIGHT to scrutinize its decision and indicisions likewise, especially when majority of stakeholders have transparency concerns.

Rev Asante, allow the people to satisfy their curiosities insofar as decisions of the EC and the upcoming election are concerned. The EC, despite its so called "independent" status, remains accountable to the general population and the judiciary as per our constitution. Therefore, Rev Asante, your opinion alone does not pass as factual, inspite of the fact that you have not back it up with imperical evidence, but others' opinions proven or not are untrue.

There is a constitutional twist here: The EC Chairperson was APPOINTED by one of the stakeholders of the election, the incumbent governmet, and apparently, so far, the former's decisons have received stamp of approval by the latter. Don't you think the public has every right to be concerned about that constitutional twist? And so, checking suspicious actions coming from the EC (especially when those who appointed her agrees with all her decision) will be good for our democracy?

Rev Asante, you are entittled to your opinion, allow the rest of the people to express their own too, without being labelled as not having the intellect to backibg them up with so called "proof". What is more evident of the EC's intent than her refusing to impliment a directive from our highest court until DISCERNING citizens dragged her BACK to that court in order to enforce the orders which were stated in simple and coherent form?

Please Rev Asante don't you insult our intelligence: The people will NOT allow the EC to play any tricks on them: Unfair electoral results will spell Ghana's doom. Transparency is required now from the EC!!

Is rev asante part of the ec? Does he have the competence to respond to allegations of rigging against the ec? What is making him aggressively supportive of the ec in everything the commission does? The pajero or the favours ...

The pajero or the favours he gets from the high places in govt. Have you ever talked of fairness, transparency, justice being part of this up coming election? Yours is see no evil, hear no evil and therefore talk no evil. This behaviour is not needed in nation building. There are clear sign of rigging. The reluctance of the ec to simply clean the register of nhis registrants on court orders, the continued changes in the special voting list and the inability of the ec to come clear on method of the final collation of the presidential results. Has the rev minister queried the ec on this? Hypocrites and parrot singers.
