  Mr Atuguba got himself distracted by associating himself and all that he stands for in politics,I see him as good person his vision a good one and all that but associating himself with NDC ll never let him achieve this dreams.If he want Ghanaians to take him serious then he should stay away from politics on all fronts and also begin to speak the truth and stop defending wrong government policies,people re now awake to some of the twist going on,law is law otherwise nobody ll lose a case in court.As a good lawyer as he is,many re equally like him and for me whatever you do ll be subjected to thinking unlike those days when people for fear ll let go,just as his father was the only one who had a car in his village,this time all manner of persons cars including sakawa people in our communities today,he ll agree with me that things have change including number of people trained as lawyers today that's why must treat and credit people some brains this time.His former school will only be proud of him if he stop involving himself with the negative politics of the NDC period so that persons can join him to make life better for our people.

  Was this report written by the interviewer or solely depended on what the interviewee said? Lots of info does not sound right. Most of the schemes or policies were political decisions that had to be pushed down the throat of government by international donors. World bank, IMF, UNDP, WHO, UNESCO etc. Some failed with time and new ones were sought. It can not be effort by any student or entity as mentioned. By now the researcher's reports should be public document.Can any one read it? Where is it, the 1000 page report what and where is the title? Is this researcher the same person on the supreme court as a justice or a relation? There could be a conflict here or proprietary information of state..” "In 2011, they submitted a 1,000-page report—including the thousands of responses—to the president." Which came first was it the legal aid clinic, legal aid project or legal aid scheme.There are too many lawyers in Ghana claiming credit to the same law, there was one Lawyer Acheampong too just yesterday. The Rawlings regime might have sought legal aid in Ghana as a people's got under the PNDC. Cash and carry was introduced by the World Bank, and so is the National Health Insurance that both the NPP and NDC take credit for. In this year's election the NPP has accused the NDC of failing Ghanaians on the NHIS and has become a campaign issue. Just like the school feeding program. All these are set by government parliament or senate and not researchers. Govt of Ghana never applies what researchers do because there is no process or conduit to put research into policy in Ghana. That is what needed to be created. Since no researcher has been ablessed to influence any government policy in a long time. That gap need to be filled. It is the donors who have the money who drive the policy in the country not lawyers or law school professors I am afraid. Legal aid scheme, National Health Insurance Scheme, School Feeding Programs, etc all fall into the same social change categorization that politicians take credit for not lawyers or professors who do nothing for such scheme to be born.
