  Ghana has more than that but it is in USA banks the called it future or generation and stability money.If government go for it UP/NPP and CIA will overthrow the government like what the did to Dr.Kwame

  DOESN'T IT SOUND IRRATIONAL, FOR A SUGAR FACTORY TO BE BUILT WITHOUT FIRST KNOWING THAT, IT HAS TO BE FED IMMEDIATLY WITH THE NEDDED RAW MATERIAL (SUGARCANE) FOR ITS PROCESSING.

  WERE THOSE WHO WERE CHARGED TO PLAN THE FACTORY AND THE INDIAN ENGINEERS NOT AWARE OF A RUNNING A PROCESSING PLANT.
  
  THE SO CALLED GHANAIAN TEAM HAVE TO BE DISMISSED IMMEDIATLY FROM THEIR POSITIONS.
  
  THIS CLEARLY GOES TO CONFIRM AGAIN WHY WE ARE STILL ECONOMIC BACKWARD AND UNDERDEVELOPED IN THE 21st CENTURY.
