    The fee was imposed and enforced. Donations can not be imposed on any group; that's a levy. No matter how this is twisted, the headmaster should have known better. Now, the PTA is sounding like the corrupt John Mahama.

    If you have a ward in the school and know headmaster well you will support his reinstatement. He is one person who doesn't like illegal fees. He is hardworking too.

    The reportage by the paper was false the amount quoted by PTA was 170ghc and not 140ghc.As already stated the PTA is wrong.they could have presented their case with those photographs to the regional director to be forwarded ...
