Instead of living the money in the national coffers in Accra for some unscrupulous NDC folks to loot and share or use for misguided projects. Nana and NPP have stated their policy in the simplistic form for even a layman on the street to understand. One million cedis for each of the 272 constuencies a year is feasible and implementable judging from from the fraud committed daily by NDC government.

When one hears such comments you wonder whether his wires are firing off well up in there.
Considering the amount involved in the exposed RLG loot spearheaded and orchestrated by John Dramani Mahama, the RLG loot alone, just the RLG loot, can finance the $1million dollars for each constituency for almost half of Akufo Addo's first term in office.
Think about it. The RLG loot alone can finance the $1 illion dollars for each constituency for about 2 years if not more of the first term of Akufo Addo's presidency.
Clearly, John Mahama has made stealing so entrenched in that NDC party, the likes of Kwame Preprah and Kwamena Ahwoi are literally suffocating from the stinking pile of this state of looting and thievery, simple common reason has flown out of the window.
For the information of Kwame Preprah and Kwamena Ahwoi, Ghanaians are telling them that, the thievery of the Ghanaian taxpayer by John Dramani Mahama and his family and friends looting and stealing brigade captured in just the RLG theft alone, just the RLG theft alone, is enough to finance the $1million dollars per constituency program of the NPP for the first two years if not more of the first term of his Presidency.
So it boils down to CHOICES. And Ghanaians are saying, the stealing and thievery of the national purse by John Dramani Mahama and his ilk, ends on December 7th 2016.
We repeat the stealing and thievery that has collapsed this country by John Dramani Mahama and his family and friends stealing and thieving brigade ends, no more, it ends on December 7th.

How on earth can someone promise 'one district, one factory,' ' one village, one dam' and and expect to get away with it. But I blame the lazy communication minister and his team for allowing such nonsense of a promise to be making rounds. It is an affront to the intelligence and reason power of Ghanaians. There are no smart people in the NPP these days and this is how they will run the country in the unlikely event they win power. Oh Kwame Peprah,I know you are not thief like your colleagues,but you always allows them to used you as escape goat in ndc party be wise enough Kwame,so you mean to say all stolen monies in your party ndc cannot be used for the allocation to the constituencies if one choose not to steal as Nana Addo is challenging the poeple.Kwame your hometown had no infrastructure but district was created there before infrastructure was build.so monies can be allocated to honest people in their constituencies before structuers can be put in place,how many days does it to select honest people to manage our own affairs,because in every constituency the people know the goats and the sheeps,so they can easily select competent and honest poeple for that purpose,if they choose not to steal,because you were not able to do as former financial minister so in order to cover your shame that you join the ndc crooks to conderm npp proposal. Ghanaians should understand that when it comes in constituency we don't have a constituency office for the country, we have 275 constituency in the country when you go to each constituency only party offices you will see ,we don't have office which you say is for the government of the country so you will send money in to their account so that it can be used in that constituency or he will send it into the Npp account in the constituency level, if you are someone who think and think you will know that what Nana said is a political talk, it's can be possible to send money to constituency whilst there is no government office there, Nana can say he will rather send money to district assembly level there we have government account the.
