Don`t wait for the government to do everything. This is how Korea grew. The learned economists went in to private busines ( with financial help from the state ) instead of hiding in ivory towers and bemoanig Add value to our agric. products !!!!!!

Anybody with wisdom and a few technical terms in their vocabulary knows that such utterances are no demonstration of expertise.
