I think that both sides in this conflict agree that the land belongs to the Nkonya people. The conflict concerns allegations by the Alavanyo people that they were given the land and opposition by the Nkonya people that the land continues to belong to Nkonya people. Decided court cases and history have settled the fundamental issue. I think (without reading the book) that the author will discuss peace efforts and the prevention of further unnecessary bloodshed
