Democracy has caused all manner of persons to just stand up and say anything at all. Assuming the premise were to be believed, which one of these scenarios were palpable: dumsor coming back should NDC loose the elections; dumsor resurfacing after the elections or better still dumsor coming back should NPP win the elections? Out of these 3 scenarios, the least expected one is the second situation, especially if NDC wins. NDC knows the way and means that they took to bring the electricity problems to a halt; and they are and can be in the position to sustain it. I think, this propaganda is rather rooting for the re election of the NDC.
