I agree with AMA that the hawkers ought to be removed from along the road sides; it is only in the third world that you see so many street hawkers, who end up trashing the area. I am also hoping that all the tro tro stations would be removed to beautify Accra, let us not politicize this and let AMA do their work.
This phenomenon of many street hawkers is a sign of the high unemployment rate, which almost negates the value of the Nkrumah Circle project. I hope that whoever is elected in December will focus on how to reduce unemployment and improve the welfare of the people. In addition to improvements in infrastructure, let us invest in our human resources – improve health, education, jobs and overall well-being of Ghanaians, especially those in the lower echelons of the society.

Circle has now become a symbol of all the corruption and bribe money that ended up in Dubai a manifestation of the rotten pepeni/ayigbe thievery and mismanagement. Not so different from Ceausescu 's palaces in Romania. We are not one as the hegemony , tribalism and Islamic religious discrimination are championed by the NDC so they can exploit and colonize the Akans. JJ killed Ghana a long time ago and the efforts of Atta Mills to reunite the country he paid for in blood . Don't mislead the people into ignorance or false security as the undeclared warfare against the Akans can only be defeated with conflict and war . Freedom was never gained through the ballot or sitting idle . There can never be peace without justice. A false sense of all will be well is the kind of talk only foolish idiots will believe and may end up paying for with their lives . We have a govt with over 60% being pepeni , Muslims and throughout the civil service and govt appointees 90% are pepeni/ayigbe if this is not ethnic colonization what is? We have foreigners Fulani drawing out knives cutlasses at the drop of a hat , we have Burkina Faso like Mossi Collins Dauda killing every day , we have Togolese loyalist Fifi Kwetey setting the record straight with lies and character defamation propaganda , Akan traitors from Mali like Aseidu Nketia brainwashing the people into stupidity and an attitude of total disregard for wisdom. Yes things are not what our fathers who signed the Bond of 1844 and 1871 to secure our freedom and independence never thought could happen. How blind should we be . Even here on this forum we see their foreign agent provocateurs who because they dont know the Akan mentality although may speak Twi can not know that all die be die or kumi preku mean we shall not be intimidated and we are not afraid

Before the construction of the fly-over,many people used those areas for trading and was their means of livelihood. After the completion of the project, one would expect the AMA to have a tete a tete with their leadership about the way forward. I wish the Accra Metropolitan Assembly relocate these ungrateful ingrates to hell instead of a place within the metropolitan areas. Our country as any third world nation need development in our modern era and therefore we are not going to use votes as tools to retard our progress. If the menace of these bush animals who do not understand the need to maintain the newly constructed Kwame Nkrumah Circle Interchange is not curbed, the huge amount of money spent on the project is going to be a waste within a twinkle of an eye. Authority must be stamped to keep the edifice going. The biggest problem of Africa is lack of maintenance culture but we need to change our mentality to get things right. Without the rule of law, there is no way we can move forward as a nation.

Kasapreko indeed. How may tots have you taken so far? If you were not drunk,l don't think you would come here to insult people whose only crime is trying to eke out a living. What is happening in Ghana today is a system failure. Some countries have so advanced socially such that when someone is out of job, the state provides the bare necessities of life to such people. The district assemblies here can at least do something for the aged but are left to their fate to die miserably. The employment situation is such that young men find it difficult to marry and start a family.Next time you are insulting, think twice.
