  Mr. Twum Boafo should know, since he appears to not know, that EVERY TIME you are a supplicant in thus world, you subject yourself to being lectured. Ghana constantly begs for "donor money" from the US, UK and the EU. That puts those countries in the position to tell us what to do. A lot of the money that Ghana earns, is stolen by Ghanaian government officials and civil servants. Mr. Boafo may not like foreign governments lecturing us. I suggest Mr. Boafo convince his fellow government officials to use Ghana's resources more judiciously so that we don't go begging these foreign governments to take care of us.
