    you've rightly said it....Nkrumah Circle just happens to hold most of the traffic....traffic starts from Adabraka and Obetsebi,our development is not based on free flow of traffic...a good economy and good living stan

    Compare Kwame Nkrumah Interchange by NDC to Tetteh Quarshie Interchange by NPP. Even Tetteh Quarshie circle has more than 4 times that of Nkrumah Circe now Interchange. Do your own analysis.
