Yet again, a driver without any knowledge of road safety and driving skills has caused the death of an innocent person. The truck driver, after missing his exit, had no business backing up on a busy highway. He also failed to do the appropriate thing of warning oncoming vehicles of his broken down vehicle. All this can be attributed to the dysfunctional and corrupt systems in the country.
