Nigerian have taken Ghanaians for a ride.Ghanians can't even say they are Ghanaians in Nigeria either mocked or launched.Nigwrias are fighting hard to ensure we font have a national identifications system in Ghana.What are their main reason of being in Ghana.Arm robbery,forgery of our documents,419,impregnating our young girls and running away and chasing our wives.Nigerians should be limited.They are destroying g Ghana in the name of trade and ecowas.We can trade or even move about without passport in Nigeria. Ghana let's wakeup and stop selling g our country to them for the sake of their contributions to boost out political parties.EVERYWHERE ON EARTH NIGERIANS ARE IN THE RED.

I am of the BELIEVE that the Nigerian High Commission,
MUST REMEMBER,
THAT
The ANC-GH is a Registered ANC-GH under the Registrar General's Department of the Government of Ghana.

That, it is ONLY the INTERNAL MECHANISMS that EXIST within the ANC-GH ITSELF that has the ABSOLUTE RIGHT to DISSOLVE the ANC-GH in Accordance to the PROVISION as contained in ARTICLE 11O in Page 501 to Page 505 of the CONSTITUTION of the ANC-GH.

Even the Nigerian High Commissioner is SUBJECT to the Laws of the Republic of Ghana.
That is why the Nigerian High Commissioner MANDATORILY submitted her "Letter of Credence" to the Government of the Republic of Ghana.

My ONLY ADVICE to the ENTIRE STAFF {be he/she a career Diplomat or non-diplomat Staff} working in the Nigeria High Commission-at Accra here in Ghana,

IS THAT

EVERY PERSON in the Nigeria High Commission should AVOID meddling WITH sensitive EMOTIONS of Nigerians domiciled in Ghana.

I am HUMBLY giving my ADVICE, especially AFTER the hierarchy of the Ghana Police Service, have ISSUED their CAUTION just RECENTLY last week.

Let us ALL PREVENT the incidence of PREJUDICE, to avert "persona non grata" ends.

Long live the ANC-GH!

Long live Nigeria!!!

ANC GHANA is an entity or organisation of Nigerians and can not be superior to the envoy of the Nigerian Government,no one or organisation is above the law and Nigeria High Commission is the apex body responsible for welfare of Nigerians in Ghana not ANC-Ghana, for peace to reign the executives and the BOT of ANC should heed this dissolution and give way for the Community leaders to reform the organisation and conduct new election

Nigerian high commission has no jurisdiction over ANC_Ghana and therefore has no power to dissolve ANC executives. That power resides with Congress or the law of the land that registered it. High commission's role is purel ...

Nigerian high commission has no jurisdiction over ANC_Ghana and therefore has no power to dissolve ANC executives. That power resides with Congress or the law of the land that registered it. High commission's role is purely advisory and advisory only. It is disappointing that they have not sought legal opinion before going to the press.
