For observation of the elections , Electoral Commission wants prospective media accreditaion applicants to declare ---

1. Name, 2.Contact number, 3. e-mail and 4. Media house.

EC must be told that the information is inadequate, childish and mediocre and has the potential of creating confusion. .

I suggest that EC must enrich the scheme and get the information consolidated by asking details of applicants such as--- ---

-'-the Voter Registration numbers of applicants

--- and their polling stations.

Multiple use of the same numbers can then be blocked. EC, with it limited info is deliberately creating loopholes for the unscrupulous to reuse the cards.

The headline is misleading. I am surprised that all those commenting on the news seems either not to have read it well, or simply do not understand basic JHS English. The chief was reported to have said that they will support an NPP government to succeed IF Nana won the elections. There was no endorsement. This is yet another Daily Guide goof: in fact, it is pure mischief meant to mislead and deceive the public. The NPP, its supporters and surrogates in the media can continue hallucinating by tickling themselves and laughing. The reality will dawn on them on December 7.
