****HAIL SAMIRA!!!!!! SHE CAN'T TAKE THE NDC SHIT!!!!!!............... Speaking about the NDC campaign and justifying why she describes president mahama as a “useless president”, she said that Ghanaians are suffering whiles NDC is using all the money acquire party paraphernalia and billboards everywhere . She again described what she termed the arrogant wastefulness of the Mahama-led government, citing the bus branding saga which she said has denied the country millions of cedis. Money she said could have been used to solve urgent problems. “We are saying to the NDC that we see you alright…you want us to see you, we see you but we see incompetence, and useless president ,we see you but we see corruption, we see you but we see bad management, we see you but we see bad governance, we see you but we want change, we see you but we want Ghana to move forward…” she observed. She said together with other youth and well-meaning Ghanaians, they have taken a decision that Ghana needs “an incorruptible leader, we need a competent leader, we need a selfless leader, we need a visionary leader, a leader with good judgment and a leader who loves the country than he loves his pockets.”

It looks like you didn't understand the Professor. You guys are so low in IQ that even simple statements are not understood. All that he said was that projects should be spread over the 4 years. These days the president goes around commissioning projects. Why did he not complete and commission them last year. There is a community high school building near Atomic police station which was put up in a few months. I am sure it is waiting to be commissioned by our visionless president. He is asphalting some main streets in Accra while forgetting about communities which do not have motorable streets in Accra. He wants these asphalted roads to be seen and also steal some money to buy votes. Can't you read through the schemes of this good -for -nothing government?

It beats my imagination that it's only when the NDC is in power that all these organisations will find their voice and criticise the government. When is the right time to start or commission projects? Is the ISSER an economic think tank? Do those researchers study political economy and public finance? All economic text books will testify to the fact that almost every government (both central and local)all over the world have the tendency to start or commission projects close to election.
