Well, this is Ghana and as usual, the npp judges have done it again. It,s only a fool who would not understand this judgement which is in favour of Ndoum, the thief. The npp and his loyal judges are doing everything possible for John Mahama to lose the elections, come what may. But they have failed and failed miserably. It is simple. Let Ndoun contest and take some of the votes of the ruling party, so that in the unlikely event that there is a runoff, Ndoum can join the npp, as he did the last time, and was rewarded, set up up a ministry for himself, and siphoned money through that ministry. There is nothing like a runoff this time around. Now that we know the criminal intentions of these npp laywers, we Ghanaians will make every effort to avoid that.

Now, if Ndoum has been cleared to correct his forms, then it is equally right for all the remaining parties to be given same opportunity. All of them without which there would be a selective justice. If judges who are supposed to know better and upheld the law are kicking against it for their selfish interest, then Ghana is in a big problem. The Ec is just doing what the laws says, and nothing else.But I must be quick to blame her for allowing them to register in the first place, since they did not even meet the criteria to be registered. Did they have the two third support from all over the country as stipulated by law? There is where the EC made a sad mistake. We wait to see what happen to the remaining parties. What a country.
