    How do you know the signatures were forged? That is for a court to decide. The EC just can't say that and assume that's fact.
    What the judge decided on was whether the right process was followed, and it wasn't.

    Nduom broke the rules governing the filling of electoral forms.If there is any criminality involved the EC should not hesitate taking action against him..

    The EC can take up the alleged criminality in court. But before that is determined in court, Nduom is innocent and should be allowed to fix his errors and contest in the election.

    That is an NPP judge so no one should be surprised about his biased ruling. He definitely would have agreed with Ayiko otu before the ruling hence Ayiko otu's swollen headedness
