There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States, Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

How do you know the signatures were forged? That is for a court to decide. The EC just can't say that and assume that's fact.
What the judge decided on was whether the right process was followed, and it wasn't.

Well, she won't listen to good counsel and so gets humiliated. I bet there are a few commissioners laughing. She is simply not up to the job.

The EC can take up the alleged criminality in court. But before that is determined in court, Nduom is innocent and should be allowed to fix his errors and contest in the election.

EC, Your own law states in black and white that, if someone makes an error on his form, he should be called to correct it first. Then u refuse to call persons to correct errors on their forms. HOW STUPID CAN U BE? Are u just blind or just dump? And then they allow the case to go to court, and expect to win.

The level of foolishness exhibited by the EC in this single case illustrates the kind of society we have, where people don't think and do things without reasoning. Some act just to show or prove their power without any common sense.

I vehimently disagree with Lawyer Amaliba,since Dr Ndeum has got his case dealt with in a defferent pespetive and the rest of them should also go to court with Lawyer Koi to argue for them to obtain their certificate of exoneration to be presented to the chair of EC to have their disqualification quashed.As it stands now they dont have any certificate of exenotation from the court of law.
