A. Kufuor). The bigger question is: where in the world have you seen or heard of this ridiculous "1-village 1-dam" project? It's possible to be a pioneer in doing something new, but it must be a realistic and feasible one; not a 'panic-reaction' or desperate one. And do you people mean dams or dug-outs? Let's be realistic, is this feasible, taking into consideration the drainage nature of most of these villages. Some do not simply have rivers, streams, etc to be dammed. Discerning Ghanaians can distinguish between realistic promises and desperate, ridiculous ones. If it's just empty promises, then we shouldn't be taken aback if we hear of other politicians also promising to implement ridiculous campaign promises such as "1-village 1-airport project"! After all talk is cheap.
