If the old cedis was kept and exchanged them for the new cedis, then, there will not be any money to be used by other individuals. Which means there would have been zero balance at the Bank Of Ghana liquid assets reserves. Foolish idiot

This means that holder of Ordinary passports holders cannot enjioy this facilities.Ghana wants to trade and encourage investments and for that reason Ghanaian trader and Industriliasts should be able to travel freely to seek opportunities. Diplomats are not businessmen and can not promote Trade, Investments or Tourism. Obly the Private sector can do this.

  Freedom of movement across the globe is fundamentally laudable and there is a need for ghana to negotiate for more visa free movement with as many countries as they can. People are allowed to travel to countries of their choices but are always hampered by visa acquisitions. Why do we travel as citizens of the world ? Trade, education, tourism, exploration and many more compels us to do so. Countries with fast growing economy like china is becoming more attractive to even the bigwigs themselves so don't let anyone deceive you about influx of chinese in ghana. Galamsey was never started by the chinese but our own ghanaians. Who brought the chinese to ghana to do galamsey ? It is the same ghanaians. Who are giving them lands to do galamsey ? It is the same greedy ghanaians so why are you blaming the chinese who only comes with their technology by the invitations from our own greedy kings, politicians, clergymen and people in high places. We can stop the chinese from destroying our rivers and lands if only we use our senses positively as instructed by the one who created us. Please let us stop complaining about our own evil practices and use our brains positively to achieve positive results because I will love to see more ghanaian science students travelling to countries like china to study as we do not even have sulphuric acids in our science laboratories. Science is the source of technology and it is technology that brought the chinese to our country with their light mining machines or equipments to ghana to indulge in small scale mining which is locally referred to as " Galamsey ". If we do not advise ourselves to choose the path of technological advancement but remains self destructive, then we are always going to cry over spilt milk.

  The visa to enter should be sufficient for the visa holder to enjoy their stay in Ghana.
  
  Many countries now offer 10 year multiple entry. The money, skills and international connections that regular visitors bring into Ghana will boost new jobs and the incomes of many Ghanaians.
  
  The present procedure wastes everyone's time and money. The frustration factor of sitting for hours every few months in the immigration reception discourages many would be visitors and costs the economy dearly.

  The reasons been that in such a situation there would be people who will decide to settle down without going back so mechanisms are not put in place to check those issues it would be a chaotic idea.
