It will be recalled the initial CI guiding the 2016 elections was 91 and it was shown to be flawed.
Then they brought 94 which is also looking to be dangerously flawed.
Clearly, there is a pattern here which exposes a consistent and persistent pattern of behaviour on the part of the EC and Mahama and the AG to pull a fast on Ghanaians to hand over an election Ghanaians have rejected John Dramani Mahama, to him, on the altar of sycophancy, bootlicking and outright and wilful negligence.
Everything points to the fact that John Mahama and his cohorts are trying to prolong the hefty slap of excruciating defeat waiting for him at the polls in December.
Because it cannot be the case the EC did not know about the Constitutional provisions which imposes the obligation raised in the suit, in crafting CI 94 which was passed by the NDC majority in Parliament under an urgent nature to answer for the flawed CI 91.
It was either deliberate to circumvent and appropriate the true mandate of the masses in a manner to be described as treason or a mind-boggling state of outright incompetence.
Whichever one it is, the reality is, the issues raised in the suit for which reason the EC has been dragged to court is not coterminous or synchronous with the mandate imposed on the EC by virtue of the Constitution to ensure free, fair, transparent, credible and reasonably accurate elections to a T, by the EC.
It would be an understatement given the track record of the EC, to say, this must be fixed immediately, and Ghanaians pray the Court obliges the plaintiff, and compel the EC to bring its actions, processes and thoughts, in conformity with the obligation imposed on it by the Constitution to ensure free, fair, transparent and credible elections.

This is seriously flawed and needs be fixed.l mean,these are some of the things that have plunged some of the nations into deadly electoral violence, it looks like somebody clearly wants to circumvent the mandate of the people who are now thinking of how to make ends meet daily. The fact that the average Ghanaians are not at pal with how some these things work should not give the advantaged few the right to outwit them.Both the government and the opposition should be careful and fix these anomalies before the day of the elections.
