Executive Director of EOCO himself needs to be investigated. Justice Tsar himself was interdicted for swapping cocaine in the year 2000 and was awaiting service inquiry pending his dismissal from the BNI but was saved by changed of government from NDC to NPP. He was recalled from interdiction by NPP government and reposted to National security secretariat to head mining task force without facing trial or going into the merits of the crime was alleged to have committed but came out tainted.
NDC government under Mills/Mahama seconded him to EOCO as a deputy to Akpadzi Motey as reward for spying on NPP government for NDC in opposition.
Members of intelligence community/BNI held in firmed belief that he was equally responsible for dismissal of 25 senior BNI officers to cover up his trial and subsequently, ill-fed NPP government with bunch of malarkey intelligence in order conceal evidence from the NPP. When was due for retirement from the BNI, he changed his date of birth in affidavit to buy more time and proceeded to retired from the BNI and joined public service just to avoid being sent back to BNI to face his former boss and host colleagues that he was instrumental in their dismissal under NPP. Now he's rewarded with juicy appointment to cover up and do dirty works for the presidency. Time will definitely catch up with Justice Tsar in event of regime change.
