Traditional Satanism is not simply an inversion, but a complete rejection of the images of a
0244908520particular culture, religion, or philosophy. From there a Satanist uses those images against the ethos itself, that was once his own conditioning. Persons who participate in traditional Satanic masses sometimes experience a king of 'sartori', a sudden enlightenment, to an increase in their own consciousness, and feeling stronger and satisfied because they had broken with the constraining opposites. In other words, at its highest level Satanism uncovers what the ethos of a particular community or society has covered up through images, dogma, words and ideas, returning the individual to the primal chaos out of which 'opposites' were created." ~ Magister Hagur, Temple of Atazoth Office

Media hype can sensationalise issues and give morbid impression of a simple clear statement. The IMF is in business to offer loans to countries and countries never go to the IMF for loans for kebab. This is what His Excellency John Dramani Mahama assured Ghanaians of. Reasons for the loan has been given. Among other things weakened commodity prices.
How is Dr Bawumiah being hailed here? That NPP never in their tenure approached the IMF for loan? That when they applied for loan, they simply gave no reasons for the requirement for the loan?
Advanced economies like USA, UK, Germany etc do approach IMF for loan and their accompanying letters will be identical to the one we are reading now.
What is very important is the media house by itself summarised as follows:
"The letter was therefore to assure the Fund that government’s fiscal consolidation remained on track and further to persuade the IMF Executive Board to complete the review and approve release of at about US$116.2 million to shore up the country’s reserves." WE ARE ON TRACK!
Are there no economists in the IMF? Were they being hoodwinked by our Honourable Finance Minister and the Government of the Bank?
His Excellency John Dramani Mahama and his Government have never denied that to facilitate the growing infrastructural development taking place in Ghana, Government have resorted to sourcing funds with full knowledge that the country has ability to service the loans. Infrastructural loans in the main do not generate revenue by themselves and Government must find medium term investments to support the loans. The letter is so clear that both the Hon. Minister of the Republic of Ghana and the Governor of The Bank are confident Ghana could meet the repayment obligations. Where then is the alarm?
IF THIS IS WHAT THE CELEBRATED ECONOMIST WILL CALL GHANA IN CRISIS THEN GHANA IS HEADING SIMPLY NO WHERE WHEN THEY SMELL THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT.
No loans under NPP Government? And how would they word their application cover letters?
In layman's terms: Uncle, my son was admitted into Hospital yesterday. I had not foreseen this, please could you loan me GhC100 which I will repay at the end of the month? If the Uncle has the money and has confidence in his nephew, he would simply go to his bedroom and come out with the cash. And that is what the IMF DID. IS THIS SIGN OF GOVERNMENT IN CRISIS?
“We are taking corrective steps to address the slippages for end-2015 PCs on net domestic assets and the wage bill, which were missed by a small margin. We also stepped up structural reforms,” the letter assured."
Then the nephew's worst enemy got news of his plight and began sensationalising it.
RE- READ THE LETTER AGAIN. NORMAL APPLICATION FOR LOAN COVER LETTER UNLESS THOSE READING HAVE NEVER APPLIED FOR LOANS IN THEIR ENTIRE LIVES BEFORE.

NDCHAS BEEN DESPERATE IN THIS ELECTIONS BUT WILL LOSE
It is a fact the NDC has lots of money which they are splashing around prior to the elections. This can be attested to by the number of bill boards and their sizes we see around town. They are also known to be given out cash and goodies to potential voters. One may ask, how do we know? You will know if you have friends who are ready to confide in you. President Mahama and the NDC are really desperate in this election in particular. For them there is nothing like ethics now, they will do everything whether fair or foul to achieve their objective. It was a deliberate strategy to strangulate the economy so that their opponents will not have the funds to compete on the use of money. The NPP and its flag bearer are relying on the Lord who looks into the heart of men and makes the ways of the wise foolish will give victory.
Voters should know the monies and goodies being given to them are done for only this campaign period and after the elections they will spend the rest of the four years as they have done from 2012 to date, in suffering. They should ask themselves why is it that NDC give them money only when it is time for election. The monies being given to them are from the massive corruption they have exacted on the nation. The bulk of these monies are there for them, friends and family members to enjoy. What are being given to me is just pea-nut. A person who loves his or her country does not only think of his friends and family members alone but do that for the rest of the country. The Preamble of the 1992 Constitutions captures it well in the following phrase ‘’IN EXERCISE OF OUR NATURAL AND INALIENABLE RIGHT TO ESTABLISH A FRAMEWORK OF GOVERNMENT WHICH SHALL SECURE FOR OURSELVES AND POSTERITY THE BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY, EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND PROSPERITY.’’ The taxes being paid by the citizenry are to be used for the development of the country but the President and his friends and family members including officials of the NDC use these monies for their private causes like building, sending their children outside to attend good schools, buy cars for their enjoyment and enjoying lives whiles the ordinary finds it difficult to pay electricity bill, pay children’s school fees, pay rent, feed the family on basic food, transportation fare. Some of us we don’t pay taxes so if they steal the money it does not affect us. Know that some of your family people like brothers, sisters, father [pay taxes and those monies they pay could have been used to take care of you to improve your living conditions.
Aside the taxes which they steal to do their private things they borrow heavily intended to do projects for you and they steal some of these monies which you will have to pay through taxes. They themselves and family members and friends also benefit from the projects like roads, schools but know that they have stolen part of the monies for their private use which you will not enjoy some. These monies which they have stolen would have done more projects for other people who need some of these physical infrastructures but they will be told the money is not sufficient to do for everybody. It is this corruption which made it difficult for the Government and President Mahama to be able to fix the electricity problem until three and half years. The delay caused sufferings for everybody in the country; lost of jobs and lives at hospitals, students failing their exams, barbers and seamstresses could not work for their customers and many more. The monies used for these projects for the country is not from the President’s pocket. It is for all the people of Ghana because we pay taxes and levies at various points in the country.
There is something called targeted developments which simply mean because we don’t enough money to do everything the country will do the important ones ahead of us. This is to say the necessary developments are done first before other important ones are done. Nana Addo realizes the country has no enough money to do everything at the same time so he wants to set up Zongo Development Fund which is used specifically in development the Zongos. I was born and bred in Nima and attended Nima Roman Catholic School which is now St Kizito. I left this place to secondary school after passing my Common Entrance Examination in mid seventies. Since then Nima has remained what it was without any material transformation. And this picture is the same for many Zongos in the country; deprived settlements. It is surprising for anybody to say that it is wrong for a visionary leader like Nana Addo to suggest to set up this Fund touplift the neglected Zongos all these years. President Mahama and the NDC cannot dream of this laudable plan so the best to dois to give some monies to a handful of people in the Zongos to say this intended Fund is not feasible. Is it the idea which is not feasible or creation of the fund which is not feasible? The ritual waste and the corruption contained in the Auditor’s Report alone can execute this proposal. The people in the Zongos should not allow a few of their leaders to take money from the NDC and pocket it and deny themselves of enhanced facilities through the setting up of this fund. If they allow this it will be a lost opportunity for themselves and posterity.
President Mahama and the NDC are not competent to discuss issues when it comes to administering this country. What they know is propaganda and lies because they know there are some Ghanaians who will believe the lies. Sometimes, all they say is we are already doing what you want to. The things they claim to be doing are not producing the kind of results which should bring relief to the people. It means the policies and programs being implemented are wrong or are being done well. The NDC is a party in government for eight years but cannot achieve much apart from heavy borrowing which is the legacy they are leaving for the people of Ghana with most of the borrowing going into their private accounts. Every government borrows but it is important to list what have been done with the amount they have borrowed and one will see they are thieves and incompetent. There is difference in two people writing the same examination, one person get 40 percent while the second get 70 percent. All of them wrote the same exams but one did better than the other. This is the difference between the NPP and the NDC. NPP will like to do what the NDC claims to be doing in a far better way so the impact will be different on the people. We all can attest to the results of what NDC is dong: it is all about hardship in the system unless you are part of them, friends and family members.
The community day schools being built by Government need to be analyzed against the backdrop ofthe stage of development of this country. Is this the kind of schools which the country require if it is put side by side with the vision of our forbearers like Osagyefo Nkrumah?Day students are usually those living in their own accommodation outside the school and travel to school. If the student does not come from the particular area in question, he should rent accommodation in the community. Then the question of transportation comes in if the school is quite far from where the student is living. If this student is living with the guardian there will some control but if he is not, control is not possible so the student is exposed to so much risk. Because of these challenges and many others, parents living in other parts of the country which are far from the location of these schools will not be willing to sent their wards to them. The tendency is that these community day schools as suggested by the name, will be limited to children living in the communities the schools are located. The question to ask is that will be that year in year out are these communities have potential students to be filling the spaces provided by the schools? If they were boarding schools, potential students from other parts of the country will avail themselves for admissions. The truth is that there will not be optimal use of the huge resources pumped into these schools. Is this the competent use of national resources? Several years back, the first president of Ghana Osagyefo Nkrumah realized the need for integration and built boarding schools across the country which enabled the students from diverse backgrounds to inter mingle. This single handedly has contributed largely to the cohesion the country is enjoying presently. Several years after this great step and vision, a president in the 21st century in the person of John Mahama is reversing the clock of development and the foundation laid by our forbearers.I want to use this occasion to advise Nana AkufoAddo to convert all these schools to boarding facilities for the optimal utilization of the scarce national resources when he assumes the presidency. The little said of President Mahama the better; he is clueless, visionless and incompetent. He is asking for another 4 years to take us through this path which has brought hardship and the killing of ambitions.
President Mahama has reduced the presidency to only the provision of physical infrastructure. The major motivating cause for this is nothing than corruption. Even though our Constitution demands the provision of infrastructure it came along it economic development? Where is the economic development as we speak today? The presidency has become so cheap that people like Madam AkuaDonkor will dream getting close to it. Just compare the quality of our forbearers who were posing for the presidency to the what we have today. Are standards are falling? The presidency is a very serious business and it should be contested by the crème-de-la-crème in the society and not the kind of names who come up and we hear. I am really sad for Ghana. President Mahama himself has not got the qualities to be the president of this great nation. President Mahama in his second term will be worst than what we have seen so far. He has nothing to lose after this term. Usually a president eyeing a second term is superb in his first term with the intention to endear to the people to vote for him again. In the case of this president it has not been so. The truth is that incompetence is like pregnancy; if you are one no matter what you do, it will be exposed.
I have a very strong message for my people, the Voltarians but I will address them in a special way on another occasion. They deserve the best because I know their qualities. We know that the President and the NDC are in the region and will do everything they can to disabuse their minds that they have been taken for granted. The facts on the ground show they are. They will also try hard to say things that will make the people show disinterest in the flag bearer and the NPP. The usual lies and propaganda will be at the height of their campaign. I have no single doubt they are in the region with hordes of money to give out and making mouth watering promises to the chiefs and the people. These and many more are the reasons I have deferred my address to them, to enable me get a complete report of their visit. The flag bearer of the NPP is offering a message of hope to them and this will be delivered. Today I am on the side of the flag bearer, if he fails to do what he promised I will stand on the opposite side to chastise him. They should also get assurance from me that I am interested in the presidency in the near future so I will not let them into any bad thing that will make it difficult for me to come to them for their support.
The NPP and its flag bearer are in the Ashanti Region to canvass for their support. The only reason I will invite the people to vote for the flag bearer is the unparalleled message of hope. It is the NPP which should be talking of ‘’putting people first’’ if one studies their manifesto instead of the NDC which has been in power for solid 8 years and the people have to live under hardship. Ashanti Region should assist the Volta Region to effect this change we are looking forward to in December.
It was heart warming to read the Chief Justice has dedicated 17 courts to handle election related cases. The CJ must be commended for being pre-active, to ensure the political calendar is not jeopardized. I have observed political matters are usually given swift action which is good but there are commercial cases which have lives at stake but are not given similar attention. This situation in my view is not good enough and one can say that because politics has been a privileged vocation so it is being treated in better manner. The poor are scarcely found doing politics and it has become by default the playing grounds for the influential in the society. The seeming discrimination in the country is detestable and some of us will change this when the Lord Almighty Himself grant us the ‘’open’’ door at the right time. The poor deserve the same attention and one can find that in the Bible much has been said against the maltreatment of the poor and God is not happy. Many of our leaders are Christians but conduct themselves not deliberately though, against this requirement; I am not judging any.I am very passionate about the future of this country and it is a daily dream I have in the deepest part of the night. God will show the way the same way He called His servants, Moses and David to lead His people.
I promised to engage in some research work on the flaws in the disqualification of some presidential and parliamentary candidates but after a second thought I realized some candidates affected don’t deserve this effort and time from me. But for some few parties like the NDP, PPP and PNC I would not have said anything on this occasion.
In my candid opinion laws should not be superfluous or absurd or ambiguous in their operations. When laws are made they must not carry provisions that should make their operation cumbersome. Otherwise in my view, those laws need to be amended or scraped because they are likely to create chaos. When the EC says no two candidates should have the same subscriber and that subscribers should be validly registered, has it also considered how convenient it will be to avoid the occurrence of that for candidates?
The EC has been mandated by the Constitution to make regulations for the conduct of elections hence the CIs. These CIs are supposed to achieve some important objectives. There are also very important rulings by the Supreme Court which are meant to facilitate the same process. The question I am asking on this occasion is that has the EC itself done things which will make easy for the realization of the objectives of the CIs and the Supreme Court rulings? We should not forget that the coin has two sides which are complementary. I will also want to know whether the CI provides punitive regime to alert candidates on the consequences of administrative errors as I decide to call them. Errors which can be corrected without stalling the process.
The right to join political party is not obligatory like the right to vote. One can decide to be a floating voter or a scientific voter as I call it. Nothing bars the individual to take that position. And also an organization can be made of only ten members and it still qualifies to be an organization according to my readings of the Companies Code and the Banking Law which have been part of areas of study in my career depending on the type of organization. For that matter, I ask;
1. Is there any law that bars the individual from being part of two or more organizations or political parties even though one may say it does not make sense to belong to two parties with competing interest?
2. Does anylaw of our country specify the number of membership for any political party to exist?
The EC should not in the least stampede individual’s ambition which the Constitution encourages citizens to aspire for. It will be out of place for the EC to adopt the position of showing where power lies because they are there to serve the cause of citizens. I expect the courts to be fair in their rulings despite the fact the election calendar must not be jeopardized.

THE ECONOMY HAS BEEN LONG SINCE BEEN IN CRISIS HENCE THE SUFFERING.
