There is no way the contractor would not meet their obligations, unless there is an issue affecting their delivery. If the president like a dictator cancels the contract, Ghanaians will have another judgement debt to settle.

If the Northern Corridor road is completed, it would be the greatest achievement of your presidency, a fulfillment of the dream of your mentor and former boss Atta Mills. This was the major task the departed president set himself, and no effort should be spared to complete it. Road construction is not an easy task, but it is only the NDC that can fix that road. The NPP would abandon it. My humble president, do something for your people before you die.
