So while the ambulance was in the candidate's convoy on political campaigns if there is an emergency how will the hospital respond? So what would be the purpose of the donation?

I took my sick daughter to this at 6:15 am and till 12:00 pm a doctor wasn't available to take of my girl, I have to send her to a private clinic, I didn't go with NHIS but with cash and still I wasn't able to see a doctor, they don't need that ambulance for anything b'cus they are not taking good care of their patients.
