For all intents and puposes it was a good decision to disqualify them. We cannot have two pages of ballot papar with people who just want their names to appear on the ballot knowing that they do not have 1 in a 100,0000,000 chance of winning

It is only criminal if for instance if you try to sign a cheque with a signature other the one you used in opening account. Even then it only becomes suspect since it could have been a mistake. People can use different signatures for different purposes, but definitely not with the intent of using the different signatures to fill the same form.
Ghanaians must learn rather than throw words about anyhow.
