    Since 12people have been rejected, then return they are money, if not you will continue receiving cases from them day in day out.

    Apparently,some parties' presidential candidates have been disqualified but I hope it doesn't affect their aspiring Members of Parliament.I would like somebody to enlighten me on this.Thank you.

    if EC dares gives the filling fee to the disqualified presidential aspirant, i will take EC to court. I have never seen any institution in Ghana that refund even part of fees made when you are disqualified, so my question is ...

    Administrative fees are generally non-refundable. The work of the EC on the forms to catch errors and offences should be paid for. When nominees know there is a cost to not doing things right they will be more careful and the ...
