Had Kuffour forgotten the occasion? NPP had done precisely the very opposite of what Kuffour just said. Their manifesto was kept in the black-room,like the black stool of Akan Kings, no one knows how many sheep and goats were slaughtered while the Holy grail remained in the room. Infact NPP manifesto had become their fetish only lower in stature to Okmfo Anokye's golden stool. And kuffour says what?
