Grandpa watched Little Nana Addo pull a worm out of the ground and told him that he would give him 10 cedis if he could put it back in a Kalypo Cartoon
Nana left for a bit and said "Ok Grandpa, watch this". Nana then pushed the worm right back down in the Kalypo Catoon hole.
The Grandpa got out the 10 cedis and gave it to Nana.
Nana said "Grandpa I can't keep this because I cheated. I sprayed the worm with hair spray. That's why I was able to do that."
Grandpa said "No, you keep it."
The next morning at breakfast Grandpa walked up to Nana and gave him another 10 Cedis.
Nana said "No Grandpa. You already paid me."
Grandpa replied "That money was from Grandma and he said you are a genuis."This set Nana's dream to open 275 Kalypo factories in all the district.

A well packaged Samsung or Lebanese, Nigerian or other nationals or company cellphones support office would send out adverts like this caption, and young people would rush in applications in millions. But some, in fact many in that group have the capacity to learn and set up a similar outlet, making multiples of that same amount they expect to be paid! Why?
1. There, the company would give him an identity tag for his role that may not be tagged "phone repairer". So he feels 'cool' working there even for 50k.
2. He conditions his expectations to a guaranteed price tag at the end of the month.
