    What Henry Quartey did not say is how the contractor for his project(s) are appointed? Obvious in the Mahamah administration his project execution was sole sourced
    resulting in Kick backs, inflated project costs and suffers ...

    bogus... this is not schooling. So he can just say any number students he pays the school fees. Who verifies and confirms that the actual school fees are paid? bogus
