    A Bank submits a procurement document to PPA per the law and you intercept the document, making it appear as if the transaction has been concluded. Shame on you all. What a shame. You intercept documents to embarrass people.

    NO COMPANY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WILL SUPPLY WATCHES TO ANY CENTRAL BANK......NOT EVEN TO THE POOREST COUNTRY IN 2010-2012-2014 TILL 2016 WITHOUT GETTING PAID.

    GIVE THEM CASH, not watches.
    The retarees and their wives would be happy to have GHc10,000 instead of gold watch. It is stupid to receive Ghc28,000 worth of watch when you can get cash to take home.

    The policy was enacted in 2012 when John Mahama ascended to the throne. I guess he enacted this policy in order to chip away some money through sole sourcing. When are these people going to stop stealing from Ghanaians?
