Adom-Ochere/Paul, you made mockery of journalism that night. This man called Chairman Wuntumi had a lot of flacks to his name and Paul never had one question for him to answer. He was alleged to have slapped a party member and NPP MP, Paul could not ask such a question, where are we going. He is known for a lot of wrong actions, such as bloating NPP voters' album in favour of someone and Paul cannot clean the stables, my God.

If Chairman Wontumi had a Ph.D after his name, you would have branded the NPP as elitist. English is not the only pre-requisite to a responsible position in the Party.

The question should be did he overall make himself clear to the audience? I think his unbiased audience fully comprehended the key points he put across. Many of our people put too much currency (foolishly, I may say) on one's articulation of the English language. Some of our misguided radio and TV presenters even go to the extent of anglicizing their Ghanaian names. Ignoramus all.

For the German,it is both his mother tongue and official language so he dare not be defficient in it as he would be percieved as an uneducated man.same goes for a Japanese or Chinese or Russian or Dutch. A graduate or an educated Ghanian who is English deficient is a suspect as he would have started the learning of the language from at least Kindergaten
