Whilst the Veep donates a bus funded from the GETFund, Kennedy Agyapong is disallowed opening a market which he funded from the MP's Common Fund on the excuse that the MPs Common Fund is state money. By logic all the projects initiated by Government which the President and his Veep have been commissioning as part of their campaign have been financed with their personal funds. What an abuse of incumbency. It is indeed time to change the Government for power has corrupted our leadership.
