  Blame the NPP completely for the hike to GHC20,000, when 17 thieves decided to contest after Ali Baba's seat.Then the NDC also childishly despite its socialist orientation. But they justified it as a reflection of reality. So ...

  Blame the NPP completely for the hike to GHC20,000, when 17 thieves decided to contest after Ali Baba's seat.Then the NDC also childishly despite its socialist orientation. But they justified it as a reflection of reality. So JOY is 100% right. The EC only took note of what people were prepared to pay even at the party levels, how much the national level, which ought to be higher.

But they justified it as a reflection of reality. So JOY is 100% right. The EC only took note of what people were prepared to pay even at the party levels, how much the national level, which ought to be higher.
