It's crystal clear then to discerning Ghanaians that even the loans that NDC have borrowed,whether it is $29b or $40b by Dr Bawumia's calculations,which has been largely misapplied and misappropriated by arrogant, incompetent and corrupt John Ford Kanazue Mahama and functionaries,could not have been possible if the Kuffour administration had not improved the HIPC economy it inherited in 2001 to a lower middle income economy. All that the NDC government claim to have achieved were only possible through borrowed income. Clueless as they are,they have not thought outside the box to do anything substantial with the tax cedis they have collected so far. How many GOG projects can they boast of? NDC shd be grateful to Kuffour and the NPP for leaving them with a solid credit worthy economy that made it possible for the NDC to grab all those loans otherwise Mahama's time in government would have been worse than disastrous. Fiifi Kwettey shd shut up.
