    The entire EC body was be dissolved and newly formed bcos it looks like those there currently don't understand their job requirements and duties.

    The voter transfer might turn violent when particular known strongholds might be affected. Drifting to certain strongholds might be threatening to majority of the host electorates for the fear of weakening the strongholds.
