  It's a good idea to develop academic sports programmes so Ghana can benefit from having a professional management class of sports administrators. The current crop of Sports admin people and presidents are not fit for purpose. They don't really have proper training or experience of international level sports and therefore runthe talent into the ground. They just milk the system for money and deliver nothing. so we should welcome and insist on plans for sports management training. Only then can there be proper admin people to run for Presidency of sports federations. Good idea!
