I agree that it is just a detail, but can these clueless politicians at least settle on the name of the seat of government? I know that it is the site of the old Flagstaff House. Former President Kuffour then christened it the Jubilee House. Then the NDC reverted it to the original name of Flagstaff House. All indications are that, if the NPP wi n the elections, that edifice would again change names. These greedy politicians cannot agree on very basic issues. They cannot even agree on the number of years spent at the secondary level of education. So, whilst the NDC and NPP collectively and individually steal our wealth, they also continue to mess us up. What a shame that there is no other alternative! Tweaa

We need NPP to promise the people of Greater Accra Region that they would not share the remainder of the Ga lands if they get another chance. And that they would get Hon Kennedy Agyapong to apologize for the threat to kill all Ewes and Gas. After that NPP may be considered later after Mahama has completed all the projects he has started all over the region. This includes the Circle interchange, Nungua Water treatment plant, Ridge Hospital, Police Hospital, KIA upgrade, laterite overlay of Accra city roads, and Korle Lagoon completion among others. And tell Kuffour to abandon his ambition the building of another house on a plot of his choice in Accra as retirement package. One house already is enough for him.

I do not think you know what is going on around you in Greater Accra, concerning lands. The quantum of lands that have have been " stolen " not acquired, by elements of this government, will shock you when your eyes and mind open up. Even Ga lands which the Military acquired, have been taken up by tricks and subtlety. You need to let someone take you by the hand to a developing place known as East Airport Lands. You may not even be given access to the place because you might not have a certain surname. Open your eyes Gas of Greater Accra. No one is fooling you but yourselves. Ask any of your traditional chiefs, if anyone of them has been given an Ndc V8 Vehicles that some village chiefs are given. May be in their case, something small will motivate them enough to come out with silly statements to support the Ndc. as they did for the Montie 3. They do not count anymore. So if they don't , how about you ordinary Gas. Where did our talent and enterprise go? I bleed for my people. You people blame Kufuor for everything. Or, I should put it this way. You have been persuaded to hate and dispice the NPP. Perhaps, you cannot even appreciate the wealth of a live NHIS card in your hands. When you are down and out and when illness strike, you can use this to get your life on line as it is the case in civilized countries. This is the handiwork of Kufuor and a government that think of all people irrespective of where you come from in Ghana. When you fellows pretend to be blind, you will head to the gutter and pretty soon. Wake up, we are in the twenty first century. Educate yourself, educate others less fortunate around you.

The election season is upon us again and as usual we have these politician promising anything that God will not even promise ; what baffles me is why our politician including our two party leaders Nana Addo and Jon Mahama seek to go to these uless Chiefs in Accra and in particular seeking to promise everything under the sun but the truth is that these politicians do not seem to realise that it the people who will go and vote not these Chiefs ; afterall each Chief have on vote ; these Chiefs have no influence over how people vote ; it is GA people who will decide the current living situation and vote not these GREEDY CHiefs in GA traditional area who have sold all their lands their children sleep on street corners ; there are no jobs for the youth in Accra ; but then these Chiefs sit down all they wait for is the Homowo or another election period to get promises ; Gin and drinks and rice ;these same Chiefs hosted JOn Mahama and told one of the elder Chiefs so stupidly calls Jon Mahama greater than Kwame Nkrumah ; is this Chief educated on the economic heavy borrowing of Jon Mahama and the trouble and debt Jon Mahama is going to leave behind for Ghanaians to pay ; then Nana Addo goes to the Chiefs to present his credentials and says he was born in Accra and married to a GA lady ; GREAT !"!!!!!!! but the question is what did Nana Addo do to help Ga state when the NPP was in power ; the man did nothing ; his own constituency in Abuakwa wha did he do to help -NoTHING ; now the man wants to be President he is telling the Chiefs all sorts of stories but the truth is that you cannot force or dictate to people how they vote ; although a floating voter I belive Nana ASDDO can do better than this ; we need to know what you want to do for GA people because all GAS want somebody who will Help them not all this CHEAP TALK !!!!!!!!!!!!
