  A couple of years ago, Moses Asaga also blamed graduate unemployment on the proliferation of universities in Ghana.
  Would Bawah-Mogtari and Moses Asaga rather have uneducated citizens in Ghana? This kind of excuse can only come from vision-less government appointees. The unemployed graduates and nurses would still be unemployed and worse off if they had not attended and graduated from their institutions of higher learning.
