These country Ghana cannot be built on lies. It is only on the truth that Ghana can survive.

The facts are that: In 2014, Government increased producer price of cocoa by 62.74%, i.e. from GH¢3,392.00 per tonne to GH¢5,520.00 per tonne. In 2015 it was further increased to GH¢6,800.00 (GH¢425.00 per bag).

The Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) is continuing the free fertilizer application (Hi-tech) programme for cocoa farms.

In the 2014/15 crop season, COCOBOD distributed 50 million improved cocoa seedlings free of charge to farmers to replace aged and dying trees.

This intervention created jobs for four thousand (4,000) youth in 87 cocoa growing communities who planted and nursed the seedlings.

In the 2015/16 cocoa season, 60 million additional seedlings will be distributed. Similarly, this will create jobs for 4,800 youth.

In the last few years, about US$2 billion has been invested in the provision of modern hospitals and the upgrading of facilities to ensure quality healthcare delivery.

There are currently two Teaching Hospital projects, three Institutional Hospitals, four Regional Hospitals, 14 District Hospitals, dozens of polyclinics, scores of health centres and hundreds of CHPS compounds at various stages of construction.

These are key achievements that obviously will help promote an economy of healthy Ghanaians.

Of course the elections will be peaceful. There is no doubt, the NPP will continue their cry of foul like they have always done but that is normal for them. They lack the capacity to cause any significant trouble because they are basically cowards who use their loud mouths and patapaa to try and intimidate their opponents, but let the Ghana Armed Forces fire one single warning shot and you will see the likes of Akufo Addow and his Akan warmongers running to the UK and US in exile with their families.
