  I sincerely doubt this. An 11 year old accusing someone and refuting the facts later on? This is very suspicious.

  Rampant, and I would urge the police and the State Attorney's Office, to throw the book at complainants, usually ex-wives, who want to get back at the former spouses, for whatever reasons, by charging them for public mischief ...

  Rampant, and I would urge the police and the State Attorney's Office, to throw the book at complainants, usually ex-wives, who want to get back at the former spouses, for whatever reasons, by charging them for public mischief, and for misleading law enforcement officials.
  Defamation of Character is purely a civil matter the ex-hubby can pursue, but I doubt it very much, if the accused will exercise that option.
