It is time we change our mentality and take some responsibilities for ourselves. Over reliance on government to do everything for us is what is drawing as back.

i believe people should ask questions rather than insult when they have limited knowledge about a particular issue. i also believe that there are lots of guys commenting here with insults who will soon be looking forward to pursuing further (Graduate) studies.
For ur information, these students are entitled to the bursary and thesis grant.
