This supposed counter terrorism unit should rather concentrate on armed robbers. Armed robbers are more of a menace than political vigilantes.

People won't sit down for the wrong things to be down while the police stand there and look. If anyone attempts to steal a ballot box and the police stand idle then they will know what will happen.

Should this situation ever crop up, the citizenry will resist with every energy within their loins and resultant effects will total anarchy and mayhem and I can assure the stupid police chief he should dare bring it on.
