The NDC is indeed sensing defeat in the Central Region. We are fed up with joblessness. Before the NDC came to power, the incidence of teenage pregnancy was very low, but ever since the NDC assumed office, the incidence of teenage pregnancy in the region has skyrocketed, all because of financial problems worsened by the joblessness we are encapsulated in. We need jobs in the region. Some of our people have lost their jobs, and since they find it difficult to meet respond positively to the financial needs of their children, those children have resorted to dubious means to survive. And that is all that the NDC has done for us. But we have hope in the NPPs one didistrict, one factory policy which will get our people employed and redeem us from our financial mess.

The atmosphere in the Central region prove beyond doubt that the NDC has a valid results. The inhabitants just can't wake up one morning and pretend to be celebrating and dancing just because they have seen Mahama. No its because they have witness and benefited from the infrastructure commissioned by the President. The NPP are just cooling down intension after observing the atmosphere compared to Nana Addo appearance in the Northern Region.

The NPP always, and will always win in the Ashanti region. All that they want to achieve in the region is a higher percentage of about 80% to make their victory easy. The NDC has always stated that if NPP gets 90% of the votes in Ashanti region, they ( NPP) will always win every election. That is what the constant presence of Akuffo Addo in the region is aimed at achieving.
Central region is not and can never be the stronghold of the NDC. Our voting pattern keeps changing every time, so since NDC won in the Central Region and have worsened our livelihoods, it is very obvious that we shall vote massively against them. That is why the NDC senses defeat in our region, and we shall surely punish them for looking unto us as fools.

Under the Community Improvement Programme, a total of 100,000 youth has been engaged in six different areas, namely:Waste and Sanitation; Security Services; Community Teaching Assistant; Community Health Assistant; Youth in Afforestation; and Youth in Apparel.The Central region is major beneficiary in this initiatives.

The introduction of the NHIS by the NPP saved a lot of people who would have perhaps, died at prayer camps. Capitation grants enabled poor people to see their young children through junior school. Free Maternity, Free Busing for school kids, Free School Feeding programme. Construction of the Mallam- Cape Coast road project, enabled people from the region to travel safely and with ease, than they had previously experienced. You may not fully appreciate when a government manages the economy with prudence. But at least, you will understand, if one government administration will sell a gallon of petrol at Ghc 5.30. And another governing party, sell at Ghc 18.00 per gallon. However, the source of the commodity, crude oil, was $147.00 per barrel, at it's highest point, when petrol was sold at a lower price level. The current price of crude oil is below $50.00 per barrel, but Ghanaians now puchase a gallon of petrol at ghc 18.00 . If you understand this scenario you may appreciate what the NPP did for the people of the Central Region, during the NPP time in government.

My advice to you is to save the money that comes to you to be used in campaigning so that you use it for the 2020 elections especially so if Alan becomes your flag bearer.
