  Why release properties, including the motor bike used by the three robbers in the robbery to them? The motor bike was a vehicle of conveyance for the robbers and should have been confiscated to the state or destroyed. The bike will be used for another operation by other robbers.

  Something did not up here: a magistrate is not legally clothed with the authority to convict and sentence a suspect to at term of imprisonment not exceeding ghc 6, 000 or the equivalent of 2 years imprisonment or both.

  The Court is Circcuit Court, not Magistrate Court. Magistrate court can only impose two years

  the judge never ordered the properties of the armed robbers to released as the sourced stated. The rather ordered the properties of the victims to be released to them, but not the armed robbers.

  Haffiz O Hafiz, not only that. Magistrate Court has no jurisdiction to trial a robbery case. Am sure its a circuit court and not a Magistrate court. The strange decision here is the order for the release of the motor bike to ...
