"If you take my constituency, there are three villages, Kadare, Koderego and Goh which are very close to each other, it just doesn’t make sense to place a build a dam in each town.

Please learn to read yourself. What was said also is that everything is possible, once you direct the available resource to implement whatever thing you want to do.
As a government in power, you have the resources to go in for a need analysis and then later do the feasibility studies. An opposition party do not have the resources to do a feasibility study so therefore NPP cannot be blamed. It is rather proving the disability of the NDC Party, which does not have any vision for the country because they are not tackling the problems of the country rather intensifying it and creating more hardships to the people.
As a result, Ghanaians should consider to vote out the no vision and idea president.

Having got to Ghana i realized that the lights bill alone would have crippled my industry in less than five years so i had no option than to go back. So what nonsense are you talking about. I find the comment of this MP and that of Nan Akuffo Addo very funny infact how many villages do we have in ghana in the first place? then what is the cost of digging a dam? also has all Ghanaian villages have rivers that could supply water to all this dams? our rain fall pattern is highly affected today which makes it very difficult for the Akosombo and kpone dams to be self sufficient i am of the view that there are other alternatives to dam building such as solar energy if i was a presidential candidate i think i will rather campaign towards solar plants in all regions and at most districts than to say say one village one dam its just rediculous.
the comments of this MP from Bongo a district that i know very well because i taught there for 3 years shows the level of immaturity of some politicians.
NDC NPP PPP CPP all these political parties are frustrated today in Ghana politics we need a referee thats an Independent presidential candidate who will work with a democratic parliament thus his ability of being neutral.
when talking about one village one dam where is the money going to come from? automatically from a loan this loan will have to be refunded with high interest rate the dams are not going to be built in a year or two knowing ghana it will take them 10 or More years to build one.
Personnaly i love Ghana but i have come to realize since i left the country 17 years ago that ghanaians are frustrated and manipulated by greedy leaders. i can interact here with a book but so bitter that i prefer to stop here.
what gahnaians need today are realistic project lets go back and start from the grassroots with sharing the national cake without discrimination. each regions in ghana should be able to generate real incomes create factories that can transform the main product of that region in bolatanga let there be a rice ,millet, sorghum, tomatos factory, in wa the same in tamale let there be a meat processing factory , in ba let there be cocoa and other stuff etc etc a fishing tabour in Keta because they are fishermen from there you create jobs locally and avoid migration to accra or kumasi and there generate income taxes from each regions wish will lead to the development of each regions.
